In 2017, I personally wanted to get into games, but I also wanted an income to fund my ambitions and intrests. So I became a courier driver and recieved an ABN in South Australia.
The position lasted only 2 years before I called it quits, being a Courier was way too demanding on me and I had a distaste for every issue that came up because it was challanging to feasibily move forward. I had head gaskets blowing every week, many many attempts at repairs later and $9,500 gone, I resolved the bane of my cars existince. A $9,500 repair in one shot could have saved me $3,600 in additional DIY Repairs.
The storys relevence is due to the ABN, the same Sole Trader ABN that has been used for Gackle Resources, used for my first busienss, and is in future planned to be completely different when major success stikes!
Between 2019 and 2021 I rebuilt my engine, created and released a game called "Endless Runner Pilot" to test myself if I was capable of building a game and releasing it within a short span of time, it took 3 months to turn over a small solo project to Google play. It had since been pulled by google for security risks with the product and account.
Then 2022 happened, but lets focus on the good before the bad, In 2022 I was mannaging 7 different business opperations alongside 3 other workers on many orders per day, I will not mention names here, but I was focused on the end of the line because the busiensses had a huge problem in common. They sucked at sending the right items. And my expirence and flexibility and capabilities lead me to the point that I knew I was capable of running a business, I just needed the right busienss opperation to run.
My Skills and abilities allowed me to coordinate with my team mates urgent orders for the courier pickups which were urgent and the Counter sales which were also very urgent.
I had to priorities between several different tasks at once, and I'd always turn to my supervisor with what I am doing and ask them after what they would like me to do, and they always ALWAYS let me do my own thing because they knew my priorities were straight.
I was between a Team Leader and a nominated Supervisor by the Team Leader who could not respect his own decisions to let that Supervisor ask us to do things because he was in their opinion asking us to do jobs that were not ours. But the Team Leader told us to do everything the Supervisor said. Hypocisy and bad information. A Lack of respect.
They made me Redundant and that was because they had no grounds to Fire me, they just did not like me being Hounest and taking control of the Jobs. I was a Filter Catching the Grit out of the cheap Oil. And my job was hard and difficult.
The Double Edged sword of these events were that they lost even more customers, including a Contact I personally know in Norwood who told me all the issues with Orders they used to make and never recieving the correct Order, it cost businesses time and money to get a job done, and it's because Logistically they failed to retain the value I brought to the team, and discuss the problems I was handling. If they had a meeting with me about what issues I was solving and dealing with, they could have made my job easier. And they could have protected the business losing customers.
The business has so many subsidiary companys that it's hard to realise they are not going to die from a lack of customers. But if they fail that bad into the future, they most likely will fail, but in saying that the problem is that they really needed to fix the problems, but lazy because they wanted to be bossy and crude they let me go and lost customers.
The double edged sword might have been a blessing in disguise as I was diagnoused with Acute Undifferentiated Leukimia and almost lost my life to duplicate immature cells known as Blasts. I got very sick, and was treated in August 2022 along with my Grandmother passing away.
In 2023 I worked on recovery and keeping my request to move away from the family home to a healthier environment. We made it by the end of 2023... And early 2024 I not only found my Busienss opportunity, but I also found a Job!
I went to an auction and Won some material for a bargain, all precut pieces of steel on a pallet that I brought home... It sat and I asked myself what would I do with it? Turns out, I turned to selling the offcuts and it quickly returned the money I paid which reflected the intrest in the products. I made a few sales per month on a single item alone for around $120.00 per piece. And I won this pallet for $200.00.
The total value of the items was over $2,000 we had between all the items 24 cuts and a Large bar of Metal randomly on the pallet. We sold approximately 22 of those cuts. And the shipping was around $30.00 with the fees being around $25.00. Which left us with around $65.00 to reinvest into the business model and get it right and grow.

I am so greatful to be able to lift the game and try support you with my values that I have previously been punished for!
The value I bring to you, is demonstrated in your reviews and I don't want to drop my quality! But in saying that I am still human, I do make mistakes, and I will pay for those mistake.
We sent 20mm 1045 to a customer requesting the 4140 variation... So we sent an additional piece at our own costs.
A Few customers have recieved 1mm less than expected but have otherwise not complained.
And we are losing on our 1045 170mm piece but have chosen to keep the price lower because it will be a hard sell and we can do it quicker in future. If a 5mm plate costed $70.00, I don't think people would buy it, and it currently sits at $22.99 and we are losing on this specific item even squeezing it into the most tiny Extra Small Satchel.
When we do make a profit is when we sell multiple items, and in some cases we could lose, trying to find a balance is difficult and so Gackle Resources will inevidably build it's own Store to get the right prices set for customers for our sustainability and Growth, while delivering value that you approve of!
