We regret to inform you that due to a recent vehicle collision, we are unable to reasonably fulfill new order requests without incurring higher costs for the acquisitions.
Due to this, we may be required to raise prices to a sufficient degree to cover delivery costs unless we can find alternative ways to reduce costs.
To estimate the internal reasonable cost to the business vehicle, the damage would sit around $14,000 - $20,000 as an estimate only.
The vehicle has done just under 35,000km and below since major mechanical overhauls were completed. Of that 35,000km is the engine's useful work, 18,000 is the Gearbox, and somewhere in between. The Public Table below will show costs, km travelled since each overhauled component was installed.
We will testify that the vehicle has had substantial mechanical work and some modifications done for the purposes of safety and reliability.
The engine contains an MLS Headgasket to prevent the engine from overheating due to a long ongoing history of head deformation from 2017 through to 2019 that was not feasible to repair until Mid 2021. The engine is also using a 5-bolt turbo dump pipe manifold and not the standard 3-bolt as a byproduct of purchasing the incorrect turbo at the time.

All other mechanical work was completed by Churchill Tyre and Automotive, and that work was transferred to them due to extenuating circumstances from 2022 to 2024.

Vehicle Repairs and logs for reporting to aquire the value of the vehicle to prepair for a Civil Case if required. Public Vehicular documentation is being made avalible, it will be updated as needed, and it may not be the finalized product which we will eventually have should it be required to go to the Magistrates Court.

The accident has caused great distress and business disruptions; the acquisitions for customers' orders were assessed and found unaffected by the impact, with an external rub mark with no distortion or pings.
There is no timeline for how long the process will take. It has been an extremely trying time and is ongoing.
Due to the nature of the case, we are in a situation where we will use a Solicitor to help resolve the matter.
To affirm, we are not responsible for the crash, and we did everything in our power to avoid that crash.
I Michael Gackle, testify that even though the works were done in 2021, considered a long time ago, we lost economic capability and use due to a significant health crisis. in 2022 till early 2024, when true economic use resumed.
The story for this vehicle, the business, and me is significant; this car isn't simply a wreck, it is the Going Mary at her funeral, which is painful. An episode I watched for the first time days before the crash that just elevated the situation to a whole new level.
Gackle Resources isn't a business about just selling steel. Resources is because we are more than capable of solving problems and finding solutions, and even though these cars on paper are not worth much, I beleive it's a portfolio piece worth repairing to prove we can do it!

We have Resources, we are just going to pull the right levers to survive this extremely risky period and show you that we are capable and worth engagement, that we work hard and well enough, and deserve future business opportunities!
The impact on our operation:
Increased Capacity is held back by unpayable work due as a byproduct of the crash & solutions.
Our Systems plan to get a 3rd party to develop systems to help the operation work more smoothly with increasing workload over time, and needs to switch to in-house to cut costs.
Our ability to bring in stock based on parameters limiting 3rd party deliveries requires a 1st party solution, which was wrecked and since replaced.
I really hope this is enough to keep people apprised and informed. It's difficult, we haven't been fulfilling feedback or responses to the overwhelming workload we are engaged with internally, which is over capacity, and we have to keep prioritising the most important elements of the business first until the situation improves.
